Yoga, Hiking and Forest Bathing at Joaquin Miller Park

Take some time in the nature to unplug, breathe in the fresh air, and connect with others in a safe way.

This is a wonderful hike in Joaquin Miller Park following the Palo Seco Creek up through a lush redwood canyon. We will hike to an open meadow where we will offer a creative yoga practice in the grass (no yoga mat needed!)

We'll then hike the Sequoia Bayview loop with great views of the bay. I will also share some mindful forest bathing practices, so if you have a desire to connect more deeply with the wisdom of nature this is a great opportunity!
