Steep in the Goodness of Nature this Memorial Day Holiday at Sugar Loaf SP

This Memorial Day holiday do something rejuvenating for your spirit! This trail has the perfect amount of everything: meadow, shade, trees, flowers, hill and beautiful views. It's a great overview of Sugarloaf State Park in just 4 miles of moderate hiking. The trail starts at the valley floor, climbs about 800 ft. and does a loop along the northern slope and canyons. Along the way we will bath in the beauty of nature, taking moments for silent mindfulness practices and a yoga class (no mat required), which will include some partner poses!

Walk Beach Cliffs on the Sonoma Coast

Explore this 4.4-mile out-and-back trail near Jenner between Hwy. 1 and the Pacific. This is a gorgeous coastal trail with beautiful rock features and classic, wild Northern California beaches. Along the way we will stop for yoga and meditative practice to commune with the majesty of the edge of the continent. No yoga experience required. Not necessary to bring a yoga mat.

Yoga, Hiking and Forest Bathing at Joaquin Miller Park

Take some time in the nature to unplug, breathe in the fresh air, and connect with others in a safe way.

This is a wonderful hike in Joaquin Miller Park following the Palo Seco Creek up through a lush redwood canyon. We will hike to an open meadow where we will offer a creative yoga practice in the grass (no yoga mat needed!)

We'll then hike the Sequoia Bayview loop with great views of the bay. I will also share some mindful forest bathing practices, so if you have a desire to connect more deeply with the wisdom of nature this is a great opportunity!
