There are a dozen yoga classes of 30-40 minutes each, whose focuses range from physical strength building to calming the nervous system to mindfulness and spiritually inspiring. All of them were specifically created to allow everyone to find the movements and postures that benefit their body the most, through using props, modifications, and a slower pace.

Once COVID-19 slammed us all and face to face sessions were eliminated, I needed to change and embrace the digital concept of getting my yoga/stretch/mediation fix. I’ve worked with Sierra in several contexts: her yoga immersion group, a zoom based class, and individual sessions (before COVID). I can’t praise her enough. I’m older, new to yoga, and challenged by several old injuries. She’s adept at making you comfortable. Her practices are tailored to respond to individual circumstances and adapted to physical limitations, and she paces them well enough to challenge but not cause a risk of injury. She takes a great deal of care to be fair in her pricing, and she usually seems to offer some sort of accommodation to make her sessions affordable. I’ve always felt I got my money’s worth. Personally, I’m also interested in the spiritual and philosophical side of yoga, and there she really shines: her knowledge is awe inspiring.

Sierra is a wonderful yoga instructor. I enrolled in her 21-Day Immersion - during our shelter in place period. The videos, handouts, and four Zoom sessions were an organized intensive deep dive into yoga for strength, flexibility, calming, etc. I only wish I would have been a bit more diligent to have repeated each video at least twice before the 21 days ended. Highly recommend Sierra if you want a safe and effective yoga experience - excellent for beginners and regular practitioners.

When Sheltering In Place took hold, I was pleased to learn of {Sierra’s}online programming and signed up for a three-week intensive. Her program was very thoughtfully put together with 12 excellently chosen training videos to use over the three weeks, at our convenience, and 4 group meetings as well.

Refund Policy

If you fully participate in the Online Immersion for the first week and aren't 100% satisfied, then you can request a refund within 30 days of signing up.

I know I'm taking a big risk by offering a full refund. This means, in order to get a refund, you must hold up your end by of the deal by practicing as much as you can in all of the modules you watch, completing the homework, and coming to me with questions and feedback.


F A Q

  • What equipment will I need?

    • At the beginning of each video I will instruct you on the equipment needed for that session. It is best to acquire a yoga mat, 2-3 yoga blocks and a yoga strap before starting the program.

    • It is also helpful to have a quiet space that you can move around in easily.

  • What is the schedule? When does it start?

    • Your official immersion begins when you make your purchase and you receive the first confirmation email with a link to all the videos. Three weeks later the program officially ends, but you have lifetime access to the bonus materials and soul-worksheets.

  • How much time will it take each day?

    • Please allow yourself 30-60 minutes a day for the immersion. 

    • Each yoga video practice is 30-40 minutes.   

    • There is other homework and bonus materials offered a few times a week, which take a few minutes each. 

  • I'm brand new to yoga. Will I be able to do this?

    • This program is designed for beginner and people seeking a slower practice.

    • If you can get on and off the floor unaided you are well suited for this program.
