Weekly Classes
This yoga class will use (optional) handweights to build more strength throughout the body. This is great class for those with hyper-mobility to build strength which keeps you from over-using your joints, those wanting to maintain muscle mass as they age and anyone looking to increase their metabolism while getting all the benefits of a yoga practice.
If you are seeking to feel healthier and happier while being held in a caring yoga community this is your class! For five weeks we will meet to move our bodies, liberate our minds and find our joy through postures taught specifically with older adults and a range of body types in mind.
Come decompress and attend to your mind, body and spirit while in a semi-private, small group setting. This class is a blend of the slower, more gentle, aspects of hatha yoga with the dynamic strength-building movements of flow classes, where postures lead from one to the next. Through guided deep breathing, relaxation practices and heart-centered movement, students can release stress and gain a sense of calm, while walking away feeling stronger and refreshed.
Workshops

In our 6 day retreat into the wilderness of the Sierra Nevada mountains we create a space for you to return to and reclaim your wild and free essence. Surrounded by pristine mountain landscapes and in digital detox, we remember what is important about who we truly are, beyond any self-imposed labels. Through immersive guided eco-therapy and mindfulness meditation practices you will reconnect to your inner nature: a mindset characterized by curiosity instead of fear, awareness instead of distraction, and engagement instead of apathy.
