5 Years Younger in 5 Days Yoga Challenge

We will gather together for five days straight to cultivate transformative practices for slowing down and even reversing the aging process in regards to not only physical aging, but cognitive and spiritual aging as well.

How do you feel when you are dedicated to something? With great commitment comes great rewards, and by the end of the week, you will come away feeling accomplished in starting your path to truly desirable aging.

This is a intermediate yoga challenge, appropriate for people who already have some yoga experience.

Daily from Monday, September 27th Through Friday, October 1st.
Live, online classes 10 - 11am.
Recording sent to all registered by 11:30am each day, in case you couldn't make the live class.
