As we explore Rodeo Lagoon to Point Bonita Lighthouse we will hike mindfully, meet fun people and enjoy an outdoor yoga class. Rodeo beach is a beautiful pebble beach with a rainbow of colorful pebbles dotting the shore. This 4.1-mile loop trail and is considered a moderately challenging route.

Labyrinths are used throughout the world as meditative and healing tools. Breath and nature awareness practices will be offered during the hike. Before heading home we will stop for yoga in a meadow.
