Hike the Island in the Sky Trail

Come to beautiful West Sonoma County to explore this 4.8-mile loop trail near Duncan's Mills. Generally considered a moderately challenging route, but you may want to bring your hiking poles for the steeper parts. We will pass through a redwood forest on our way up the hill with tons of shade. At the top of the climb it opens up to a beautiful meadow where you could see the fog in the valley below, or the Russian river and Pacific ocean on clear days. This is our yoga spot since it won’t be too hot. It’s a high of 71 degree predicted for Sunday ! We will do an all-level yoga practice with an option for partner yoga for those who want to share contact. No mat required.

Please bring layers, water, and any snacks you would want.

In the event of bad weather or less than 5 participants, event leader will cancel and issue a full refund. Cancellations by participants with a minimum of 48-hours notice will be issued a full refund. No refunds for cancellations with less than 48 hr notice or no-shows.
