It's a great overview of Sugarloaf State Park in just 4 miles of moderate hiking. The trail starts at the valley floor, climbs about 800 ft. and does a loop along the northern slope and canyons. Along the way we will bath in the beauty of nature, taking moments for silent mindfulness practices and a yoga class (no mat required), which will include some partner poses!

Labyrinths are used throughout the world as meditative and healing tools. Breath and nature awareness practices will be offered during the hike. Before heading home we will stop for yoga in a meadow.
