Come and experience a deep dive into the ankles and wrists in this workshop. We will gently work to restore these most essential and often overlooked joints to greater health. This workshop is great for injury prevention and gaining greater body awareness, and also for anyone who has experienced an injury or arthritis that has limited their range of motion and/or caused lasting pain.
