Explore the Labyrinths at Sibley Volcanic Preserve
Our hike begins with an uphill climb into plenty of woods for shade. It opens up to the east for views through the valleys. After that we walk the labyrinths with intention and mindfulness. Labyrinths are used throughout the world as meditative and healing tools. Breath and nature awareness practices will be offered during the hike. Before heading home we will stop for yoga in a meadow. No mat required. The total distance is around 3 miles.
Please bring layers, water, and any offerings for the labyrinths.
