Yoga in the Park- Oakland
This all-levels yoga class brings us outdoors, experiencing the joys of nature and our love of yoga while practicing social distancing. As a mixed level class, there will be instructions for people who need more rest as well as for those wanting to challenge themselves.
No hands on assists/adjustments will be given. I'll stay on my mat.
6 foot distance (or more) between mats
Class size limited to 10 people
Bring your own equipment - mat, blanket, block and strap recommended
