This year I am hosting a special Halloween Spooky Slow-Flow yoga class outdoors, where we will be tuning into the sprit world. This class will be held outdoors to immerse ourselves in the darkening that comes in this fall season and find greater connection with the excitement of Halloween.

This is a wonderful hike in Joaquin Miller Park following the Palo Seco Creek up through a lush redwood canyon. We will hike to an open meadow where we will offer a creative yoga practice in the grass (no yoga mat needed!)
We'll then hike the Sequoia Bayview loop with great views of the bay. I will also share some mindful forest bathing practices, so if you have a desire to connect more deeply with the wisdom of nature this is a great opportunity!
