Yoga with Weights

Strength training is a vital part of maintaining physical health. This yoga class will use (optional) hand weights to build more strength throughout the body. This is a great class for those with hyper-mobility to build strength -keeping you from over-using your joints, those wanting to maintain muscle mass as they age and anyone looking to increase their metabolism while getting all the benefits of a yoga practice.

This is a level 2/3 yoga class. Some experience necessary.

Mondays 9:45-10:45: December 23rd, January 6th , 13th, 20th, 27th (no class December 30th )

Students are welcome to attend the first class before committing to the series. First Class Free!

Cost

$100 for the five week series

$75 if registered in both five week series (the other being Yoga for Aging Gracefully) I offer- 25% off one of the series!
