Yoga with Weights

Strength training is a vital part of maintaining physical health. This yoga class will use (optional) hand weights to build more strength throughout the body. This is a great class for those with hyper-mobility to build strength -keeping you from over-using your joints, those wanting to maintain muscle mass as they age and anyone looking to increase their metabolism while getting all the benefits of a yoga practice.

This is a level 2/3 yoga class. Some experience necessary.

Mondays 9:45-10:45: November 11th, 18th, December 2nd, 9th and 16th (no class November 25th)

Students are welcome to attend the first class before committing to the series. First Class Free!

$100 for the five week series
