Roll and Restore
Description
This class combines mindful movements with foam rollers, massage balls and meditative, restorative
yoga postures to bring the body into a state of deep relaxation and healing. Self-massage increases
circulation throughout the body and better range of motion and more effective body movements. Muscle
and myofascial release from rolling reduces the chance of injury, because coordination of the body is
improved. Restorative yoga boosts our immune systems, balances our nervous systems and increases
flexibility. Props and modifications are given to assist all levels of student.
