Guided Meditation Group

Description

The meditation teachings range from guided visualizations, loving-kindness (metta) practice, mindfulness exercises and more. Our purpose is to quiet the mind, stabilize our attention on the present moment and look deeply into the nature of our hearts and minds. Feel more relaxed and content. Improve your anxiety and depression. Find more mental clarity. Develop greater feelings of love, compassion, contentment, and equanimity. Each sit is approximately thirty minutes followed by a few minutes for questions.
